Is it safe to pay online at NEXA PHARMACEUTICAL?
Yes, at NEXA PHARMACEUTICAL we guarantee 100% security of your payments. When you pay with your credit or debit card, all your information is encrypted using the best 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protection system. So you can rest assured that we do not store any of your card information.
Can I pay with international cards?
If you wish to use your international card, we suggest you use your Paypal account as payment method.
A transaction through PayPal is more easily accepted.
Can I make my payment with more than one credit or debit card?
No, for the moment it is not possible to pay for your order with two different cards.
What do I do if my card payment does not work?
Please check that all the information you enter is correct. Occasionally, the bank may reject a purchase in error or for the following reasons:
- The card you have on file does not have your current billing address.
- The card you have on file has expired.
- The card does not have enough credit to make the purchase.
- The card used does not correspond to the account holder.
- The card used is foreign.
If none of the above reasons apply to you, you may call your card issuer to identify the problem. To protect your privacy, the card issuer will not inform NEXA PHARMACEUTICALL why your card was declined. If you are still able to use your card, please try the transaction again or remember that NEXA PHARMACEUTICAL offers a variety of payment methods.
Why did I receive two notices from the bank?
For your security, if you purchased only one product and paid in one payment with your credit card, NEXA PHARMACEUTICAL will charge your card until your order is "On its way".
When you make your payment, although we only make a pre-authorization and not a final charge, you may receive more than one notification from your bank via email or SMS. Don't worry! The amount corresponding to your purchase will remain reserved in your account and we will only charge you once the product has been shipped, that is, when we are sure you will receive your product.
The process is the same as for hotels, once the reservation (order) is confirmed, an amount for the total stay / total of the product is reserved, and then when the stay (product) is confirmed, and then when the stay is confirmed (send the product), the amount is charged.
With this system, if you decide to cancel your order before shipment or due to high demand for your product, our supplier runs out of stock, the reserve amount will simply be released without the need for a refund.
The order does not proceed
There are different reasons why an order may not proceed:
- Payment method not accepted (e.g. international card, wrong account deposit).
- The bank rejects the transaction (debit card, credit card):
- The card details do not match those of the account holder and the bank declines payment for security reasons.
- The card may have some type of restriction for Internet purchases.
- The funds on the card are insufficient.
- You did not make the payment within the established time (deposit).
- Due to the high demand for this product, we are unfortunately out of stock.

We will confirm your order via email within 12 hours of your purchase. Otherwise, please follow the recommendations below:
Check with your bank and verify if there is any type of problem with your payment (e.g. insufficient balance or security locks).
If you have already verified that the problem is not from your bank, log in to "My Account" and check the status of your order.
- Finally, check your email inbox; we may have asked you for additional information in order to approve your purchase.
If your credit card is international, we suggest you complete the transaction through PayPal.

PAY PAL PAYMENT
Make your payment by debit or credit card through your PayPal account!
Once you choose this option, follow these simple steps:

- After validating your payment, your order number will appear.
