Delivery coverage throughout Mexico
At Nexa pharmaceutical we deliver to all states, however, there are some zip codes where, for the moment, the parcel companies do not have coverage, but don't worry! In case your delivery cannot be made due to this situation, we will contact you.
Can I choose the courier that will deliver my product?
No, for the moment it is not possible to choose which parcel carrier will deliver to your address, as it is automatically assigned according to the characteristics of the product (dimensions and weight) and the geographic area where the order will be delivered.
What is the delivery time?
Please note that regular orders may take up to 10 business days (with regular shipping) to arrive at the delivery address.
Express orders between 2 and 4 business days if you choose this shipping option.
Remember that delivery time depends on different factors:
- Product characteristics (weight, dimensions).
- Distance between the place of shipment and the place of delivery.
- Parcel company that makes the shipment.
- Type of shipment chosen: regular or express*.
Can I choose a date and time for the delivery of my product?
No, unfortunately we cannot schedule any date or time to deliver your products, since each parcel has specific routes to follow depending on the geographical area. However, when your product is shipped, we will send you an email with the estimated delivery date.
What is the shipping cost?
When you add one or more products to your shopping cart, our system calculates the shipping cost taking into account factors such as origin, product weight and dimensions, delivery destination, etc. In the first instance, the products go through these criteria individually, however, in case they can be grouped (consolidated) and sent in the same package, the system recalculates this grouping to obtain the final shipping cost.
Please note that, when you make your purchase, you can choose between regular shipping or express shipping, with the latter, your product will arrive in a shorter time than established by paying an extra amount in the shipping cost (this option does not apply to all products).

At Nexa Pharmaceutical we will always try to ship all your products in the same package, sometimes this is not always possible. For this reason, the shipping cost may increase even if the delivery address is the same for all your products, because it is possible that its dimensions do not allow to send it in a single box, that the origin of your products is not the same, among other reasons.
The origin of the products is one of the most important factors, since not all of them are in our warehouse. Therefore, depending on the place where the product is located and the destination, the amount will be calculated.

What parcels do we use to ship the products?
In order to deliver the products right to the address you specify, under the best conditions and in the shortest possible time, NEXA PHARMACEUTICAL uses the largest and most reliable couriers in North America, such as DHL, USPS FedEx, for your standard orders.
Remember that for the moment it is not possible to choose which parcel carrier will deliver to your address, as it is automatically assigned depending on the characteristics of the product (dimensions and weight) and the geographic area where the order will be delivered.
DELIVERIES
Should I be home when the courier arrives?
Not necessarily. If you made your purchase with PayPal, credit card, debit card, bank deposit, the courier can leave your order with any person of legal age.
Important: The courier company is not responsible for the package once it has been delivered to the address indicated.
There is a limit of delivery attempts, for local products normally two are made. If there is no response on any attempt and we are unable to deliver the order, unfortunately we will have to cancel the order without the opportunity to resend it. In case you have made a purchase with a special price or discount, and it is cancelled for this reason, we will not be able to respect the initial price of your purchase.
